This is my latest personal project, created as part of the ZBrush 2027 Beta Tester Team.

This project also gave me the opportunity to explore the new UV system in ZBrush 2027

I was inspired by a concept by Tatsuyuki Tanaka.

I used:

ZBrush for sculpting
Substance Painter for texturing
Blender for rendering
Photoshop for the final image

I imagine this character existing in a post-apocalyptic world where humans and machines have become so intertwined that we can no longer tell whether someone is human or machine.

One thing is certain: despite being rusty and somewhat damaged, it's still working.

And who knows how much longer this human—or perhaps not-so-human—being will keep meditating...
